Description

The Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure pharmaceuticals for the Chelmsford, MA CMOP facility. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. The Government anticipates awarding at least one firm fixed price contract and multiple awards may be issued for this solicitation. Solicitation Package VA797M-12-R-0205 shall be posted on FedBizOpps on or about June 21, 2012. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. Delivery is required not later than July 18, 2012 or 7 days after award whichever is later. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments.
