- Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is considering NSN 9330-00-489-1781 for procurement. This NSN is the PLASTIC TAPE. This is a QPL item under I/A/W MIL-PRF-23653C. Special packaging is required for this item. DSCP is looking towards 2 Base Years and 3 365 day Option Years, Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price, Single Award with the Guaranteed Minimum of 1748 sheets and the total contract dollar value not to exceed $5,000,000.00; all material being delivered to New Cumberland, Pennsylvania AND Tracy, California. All pricing will be on an FOB Destination basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be destination. The production leadtime on this item is 60 days from date of order. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. The "anticipated" solicitation issue date is 29 June 2012. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DSCP.
