- Draft SOW This is a request for information to ascertain the ability of a contractor or multiple contractors to provide maintenance and repair services throughout the north and southwest border of the United States. Towers are currently located in California going east to Texas and in Maine, Vermont, New York, Michigan, and Washington. Please review the attached draft statement of work and provide the following information: 1) Company Capabilities Statement - Include Type of business (i.e. large, small, 8(a), etc. 2) Company's ability to meet the requirement and associated estimates of cost 3) Recommendation for Contract Type
