- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA786-12-RP-0178 for the following service: The intent of an awarded contract shall be to reset, raise/lower, realign, backfill, and clean approximately 1020 upright marble headstones and renovate the ground on approximately 53,312.76 sf and perform portable watering Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI The Contractor will complete all work within 180 calendar days after receipt of Delivery Order, subject to all terms, conditions, provisions, and schedules of the contract. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, parts, materials, supplies, labor and supervision necessary and incidental to the raising, realigning, resetting of upright headstones, and renovation of associated ground. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms, representations, specifications, schedules and drawings contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. The evaluation factors are as follows Past Performance, Technical and Price. Past Performance and Technical are equally important and each one is more important that Price. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business (SB). The NAICS Code is 5617301. Size standard is $Million. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about July 2, 2012. Responses to the solicitation are due on or about 2:00 P.M. on July 13, 2011. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. All proposals shall be formatted as directed in Sections E.2 and E.3 Additional Instructions to Offerors. Failure to do so may result in your submission being determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
