- Description for Presolicitation Notice for VA256-12- RQ-1305: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES AND NO PURCHASE ORDER SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. It has been determined that this will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, 400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS has a requirement for an A-Frame Gable Greenhouse structure (1152 square feet, Width 24' x Length 48' and 8' sidewall height). The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $150,000. A Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with single award is proposed at this time. The NAICS code is 321992 and the small business size is 500 employees. This solicitation, which will provide more detail, will be available on or about June 29, 2012 and will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of the RFQ; no paper copies shall be provided. Please hold questions until the solicitation is released. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to Melanie.Grigsby@va.gov and shall include "VA256-12-RQ-1305 Greenhouse" in the subject line. Any Offerors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered. Information about CCR registration may be found at www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Evaluation preference points may be given to SDVOSB and VOSB once technical requirements are met; however, due to the time constraints only those that are already verified and hold the seal (www.vetbiz.gov ) shall receive these preference points. No FastTrack shall be considered for those that are in the re-verification stages. Award will be made on an all or none basis.
