Description

Statement of Work for Security Cameras and Aiphone System US Department of Energy, Southeastern Power Administration, 1166 Athens Tech Road, Elberton, GA 30635, intends to award one (1) firm fixed price contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures. This announcement constitues the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Southeastern is requesting proposals on the attached Statement of Work for a Security Cameras and Intercom Aiphone System. All deliverables are explained in the attached statement of work along with the evaluation criteria. Bids must be received by mail or email by July 20, 2012, at 5:00 pm eastern standard time. All questions should be written and directed to Ann Craft, Contracting Officer, at annc@sepa.doe.gov. The questions will be answered by Ray McWilliams, Information Technology Specialist.
