- This is a notice of intent, not a request for a proposal. A solicitation document will not be issued and proposals will not be requested. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Intramural Research Program intends to solicit, negotiate and award a purchase order on a noncompetitive basis Teledyne Isco, 4700 Superior Street, Lincoln, NE 68504-1398 for the following : CATALOG # / QTY/DESCRIPTION: CAT# 685230010 - qty 1 - CombiFlash Rf-200i Automated Flash Chromatography System with integrated ELSD and variable wavelength UV detectors (190-360nm). Includes the following: substitutions possible (excluding 65 gram SLCC) and must be specified on purchase order. One set of two collection racks: for shipments requiring 110-120V: 18-150mm test tubes # 605237033 One adjustable solid load cartridge cap (SLCC): 25 gram # 605237048 CAT# 605237033 - qty 2 - CombiFlash Rf racks, 18 x 150mm, (70 tubes/rack) FREIGHT - Standard ground freight rate The acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition FAR 13 and is exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, Competition Requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notification.
