This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Guard intends to award a contract for Forward Looking Infrared Lights (FLIR) Service Maintenance and Repair. See the attached statement of work for details. Proposals will be evaluated and the award will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process as described in FAR 15.101-2. Award will be made without discussions. Any questions should be submitted in writing on or before 1200 EST on July 10, 2012 to chelsea.mazzella@us.army.mil. No phone calls will be acceptd. Answers to questions will be posted on or before July 13, 2012.
