- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of Test Program Interface Hardware Kits (TPIH) for the F-16 Advanced Integrated Defensive Electronic Warfare Suite (AIDEWS) Joint Service Electronic Combat System Tester (JSECST). TPIH kits: 6 each Antennas: 1 Lot Associated tech orders: 1 Lot Deliver Schedule: 7 Months ARO Ship To: 220 Third St BLDG 231 Robins AFB GA, 31098 The approximate issue date will be 11 July 2012 with an approximate response date of 10 August 2012. The proposed contract action is for spares for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Tech Resources Inc, Cage Code 59991. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The RFQ will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
