Description
The solicitation VA241-12-Q-0804 intends to be issued as a set aside for small businesses. The award of an RFQ contract is anticipated. The requirement is for hotel services to provide banquet space for 2 Merit Award Program Review to be held simultaneously in the Boston area in August 2012. The Career Development Award (CDA) Program Review will be held simultaneously with Health Services Research and Development Service (HSR&D)/Scientific Merit Review Board (SMRB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110, and the size standard is $30.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by Boston VA Healthcare Systems, Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO1). The Government will not pay for the information received. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released o/a 29 June 2012. The closing date for the receipt of offers will be set forth in the RFQ provided via email.
