- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Military Academy at West Point is looking for vendors that can provide Navitar microscope lenses and accessories. The specifications, terms, and conditions are contained in the attached SF1449 solicitation. If you can provide a solution for this requirement please email a quote along with a completed SF1449 solicitation to dominick.belfiore@us.army.mil no later than the Response Date of 4pm EST on 7/9/2012.
