While it is understood that FBO is the simple point of entry for posting synopsis and solicitation to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case the FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea System Command. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), Philadelphia intends to procure on a sole source basis the Procurement of MathWorks Software Renewal and Upgrade of existing Licenses.
