- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District is soliciting quotes for furnishing all materials and labor. The work will include the removal of existing steel siding, insulating exterior office/shop walls and installation of new steel siding/J channel at Lac Qui Parle Project Office in Watson, MN. All work shall be completed in accordance of the enclosed Scope of Work (SOW) and the Davis Bacon Wage Rates. Solicitation number W912ES-12-T-0091 is issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The work will be done in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW). Item Number 0001 is for the removal of existing steel siding, insulating exterior office/shop walls and the installation of new steel siding/J channel. The project must be completed by 30 JUL 2012. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The associated NAICS code is 238170 with a size standard of $14,000,000.00. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) located at www.ccr.gov prior to the contract award. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
