- Delineated Area Map U.S. GOVERNMENT RLP No. #1WA2010A General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Bellingham Delineated Area: See the attached map: The city limits of Bellingham Washington on the South and East, Hannegan Road North to E Smith Road, Smith Road West to Labounty Drive, Labounty Drive South to Slater Road, Slater Road East to Rural Ave, Rural Ave South to Marine Drive, Marine Drive southeast back to the Bellingham City limits. The Shore of Puget Sound necessarily forms the Western boundary to the Southern city limits. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,990 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,990 Space Type: Office, warehouse and wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): Per local code Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: Two 5 year renewal options Additional Requirements: Space is comprised of 850 SF office, 140 SF secured storage, 2000 to 2200 SF warehouse. All square footages are ANSI/ABOA. In addition to the space above, 3440 SF of secured wareyard is required. Contiguous space is preferred but not required. A secured wareyard that is adjacent to the warehouse is preferred but not required. A 50 foot minimum turning radius is required near the warehouse door opening to at least 10' by 10'. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
