- Program Support Questions and Answers USAID/Kenya Local Compensation Plan USAID/Kenya NRM PMP USAID/Kenya EDUCATION PMP USAID/Kenya DG PMP USAID/Kenya ABEO PMP Draft Communications Strategy Amendment 01 Signed Cover Letter Amended RFP SF-30 Amendment Document Ladies/Gentlemen, The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development, is seeking a Contractor to provide program support services, which include a wide range of services, in Kenya as stipulated in this solicitation. This is a high-priority requirement with high visibility within the Mission. USAID is contemplating award of a single-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a maximum ceiling of $23,000,000 and a minimum order guarantee of $2,000,000. Program design services shall not be ordered off of this IDIQ and therefore it is expected that there will be no conflicts of interests on future competitions. USAID intends to follow an intensive timeline with regards to this solicitation. Should a competitive range be established, USAID intends to hold in-person discussions with offeros in the competitive range. The RFP has been amended in response to a number of questions. The questions and answers have been attached to the FBO notice and USAID has opened a second round of questions. The second round of questions are due no later than 0800, Nairobi time, July 5, 2012. USAID strongly encourages the participation of small businesses in this competition. Organizations eligible to compete for the program are strongly encouraged to carefully review the RFP and submit proposals in accordance with Section L of the RFP. Instructions and deadlines for submitting questions and submitting proposals are indicated in the attached letter and RFP. USAID looks forward to receiving and reviewing your proposal. With Regards, Michael Capobianco
