- SF 30 - Amendment of Solicitation Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute, Office of Acquisitions, 6120 Executive Boulevard, EPS Suite 600, Room 6070, Rockville, MD 20852, UNITED STATES. Description The National Cancer Institute requires the following product. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation: No. RFQ-NCI-120071-LG includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR FAC 2005-58 (April 2012) simplified procedures for commercial items. The North American Industry Classification Code is 423430 and the business size standard is 100 employees. This is a total small business set-aside. It has been determined that there is no opportunity to acquire green products or services under this procurement. Requirement: The contractor shall provide 250 brand name VeriSign Premium 128 Bit MPKI for SSL Certificates and 12 month Gold Support and Maintenance Agreement. Only one award will be made as a result of this solicitation. This will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The NCI Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (CBIIT) leads the coordination, development, and deployment of NCI-wide digital capabilities (including biomedical informatics, scientific management information systems and computing resources) in support of NCI initiatives. Through CBIIT, NCI is helping to speed scientific discovery and facilitate translational research by using information technology to solve complex research challenges. Due to the technical requirements of NCI's legacy websites and systems, it has been determined that brand name VeriSign Premium 128 Bit MPKI for SSL Certificates are the only compatible certificates. Gold Support and Maintenance Agreement shall include: - 99% service availability - 24x7x365 support - Expected hold times of 2 minutes or less - 2 named callers - 1-24 hours for help desk response - 10 domain units (registered domains) - 5 administrator ID units - Knowledgebase access Period of Performance: Performance shall be for twelve months upon contract award. Payment: Payment shall be received at the end of the period of performance. Payment authorization requires submission and approval of invoice to the NCI COR and to the NCI Office of Commercial Accounts per the attached Invoice & Payment Provisions.
