Date: July 2, 2012 Title: First Aid Kit/Eye Wash Station Maintenance Request For Information (RFI): #12LMDDMY170AC/NAICS Code 423450 The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking Request for Information (RFI) to companies who can provide First Aid Kit/Eyewash Station Maintenance to FEMA's existing stations. Location: DC Frederick 4420 Buckeystown Pike Frederick, MD 21704 Period of Performance: 8/4/2012-8/3/2013 Requirement The contractor shall provide service to the existing seven (7) First Aid Kits and three (3) Eye Wash Stations (10 gallon) located throughout the facility. This service is essential to the facility in order to meet physical safety needs and comply with FEMA Safety and OSHA requirements. The eye wash stations must be serviced quarterly and items from the First Aid kits must be replenished quarterly. The First Aid kit requirements are listed below. Interested parties may indentify their interest and capacity to satisfy the Government's requirement by contacting the Contract Specialist at Toye.Hobday@dhs.gov. Contractors are reminded that participation can only be granted to a Contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA).
