- U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC Fort Lee, intends to award, on a sole source basis, in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Assima, Inc., 3330 Cumberland Parkway, Suite 975, Atlanta, GA 30339, for six (6) Software Training Technology (STT) Trainer software licenses; NAICS Code 511210, Software Publishers, Size Standard $25 Mil, SIC Code 7372 Software Publishers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you know your firm possesses the ability to provide this product or service, you must respond by demonstrating your firm's capability to meet the requirement. If no affirmative written response is received, this requirement will be awarded without further notice.
