- Attachment 3 Wage Determination WD05-2419 (Rev.-16) - Conveyor Belts FA8601-12-R-0007 Amendment 0001 Conveyor Belts ***** Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the latest Wage Determination WD 05-2419 (Rev.-16) to the Solicitation. All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation will remain the same. ***** ASC/PKO, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is hereby issuing a competitive solicitation, FA8601-12-R-0007, for a firm fixed price contract with a base period of 1 October 2012 through 30 September 2013 and two one-year option periods for Conveyor Belt Maintenance and Repair Services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. Closing date for this requirement is NLT 03:00 PM (EST) on 7 August 2012. This acquisition of services is 100% Small Business set-aside. In order to qualify for this program, an offeror must be a certified small business prior to the closing date of the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811310. The size standard is $7.0 million. A pre-bid site visit will be conducted at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH on Tuesday, 10 July 2012 at 10:00 A.M., Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDST). All the details of this site visit are included in Clause 5352.215-9001 Notice of Pre-Bid/Pre-Proposal Conference (May 1996) The Request for Proposal (RFP), the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all other related documents are now available at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
