Description

The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract with a base period and two 12-month option periods for Grounds Services. The place of performance will be at MAJ DAVID S CONNELLY AFRC (MA058), 115 BARNUM ROAD, AYER, MA 01434-5216. The target start date is 1 August 2012. The contractor is to provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation and materials necessary to perform grounds services. This acquisition is set aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561730, size standard of $7 Million. Prospective Contractors must be a HUBZone Small Business, as verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation shall be posted on or about 2 July 2012 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
