Description

The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award an Order to Innovation Data Services on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for Renewal of Innovation Data Processing Software Maintenance. Innovation Data Processing is the only online provider of the above Innovation Data Processing Software Maintenance. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by July 11, 2012 by 12:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov, Attention G. Russell/P. White. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
