- This Amendment is to post draft RFP W91247-12-R-0037. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Family Readiness Program Support (FRPS) Services in support of the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). This requirement will be restricted to 8(a) businesses on a competitive basis. All other offerors are ineligible to provide proposals. The contract period consists of a base period (12 consecutive months from contract award date) with two, 1-year option periods. The Contractor shall provide labor, supervision, and required materials to provide day to day support to the Army Reserve Family Programs Directorate (ARFPD) at Head Quarters USARC, Fort Bragg, NC to include; twenty-nine (29) various CONUS locations and three (3) OCONUS locations at Honolulu, HI, San Juan, PR, and Germany. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 624190,"Other Individual and Family Services", with a small business size standard of $7 Million. Release Date: The anticipated posting date of the RFP is on/or around 11 July 2012. Upon release to the public, the RFP as well as amendments will be available at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation. The RFP will specify the actual date and time for receipt of proposals. It is a requirement that all Contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR Clause 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. The website may be accessed on the Internet at htttp://www.ccr.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests for paper copies will not be honored.
