- NSN: 4320-01-308-0005, Motor, Hydraulic for Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Military Ship. Approved Source: Parker Hannifin, CAGE 86329, P/N 31-58605-4005-5. Export Control Certification Required. Origin inspection required. FOB Origin. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is within 171 days or less, phased delivery acceptable: 13 EA, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in a firm fixed priced contract. Unrestricted/not a set-aside. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is about July 10, 2012. It is anticipated an award will be made against Northrop Grumman's Basic Ordering Agreement.If it can be found that more than the BOA source can meet the Government needs, the buyer shall issue the RFP and post to DIBBS. Request for the RFP should be made to the buyer.
