- This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source follow-on contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. The statutory authority for this sole-source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1. Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon, GA intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price award to the Advisory Board Company/Talent Development, Washington, D.C., IAW FAR 6.302-1; to provide continuity of the most up-to-date innovative training for Army Nursing Staff at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical center (DDEAMC) located at Fort Gordon, GA. The NAICS Code is 541618. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by Thursday, 05 July 2012 at 12:00 p.m. EST. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government and you may be considered for the next requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. MICC-Fort Gordon will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
