- Description
- The US Naval Hospital, Guam is issuing this pre-solicitation notice for Transportation services of human blood donor products to the Armed Services Blood Bank Center in Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Period of performance will be one year (July 2012 through July 2013) with two option years. The contractor will be responsible for the pick-up from the US Naval Hospital, Guam, Laboratory Department and direct delivery (within 48 hours) to the Armed Services Blood Bank Center at Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan (Door-to-Door). The contractor shall perform all necessary actions to meet US Customs and Transportation National Security Regulations. NAICS: 488510. This requirement is Unrestricted. By submitting an offer, contractor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. All prospective contractors must be registered in the CCR database prior to award of a contract. This database is the primary DoD repository for contractor information and is required to conduct business with the Federal Government.
