Description
Q: Do you have a load schedule (what are the wattages on each of the 59 zones)? A: We do not have a definitive load schedule for this application and do not feel that it will be required for this initial outfitting. We will take a very simple approach with the initial outfitting. Essentially wanting to put the existing circuits on relay control from a lighting control system that meets the requirements we are looking for. We understand the requested product will be more capable then what is currently required. This is intentional so that we do not waste time and money when we retro-commission the lighting system with LED technology. Q: Do you have a schedule of occupancy sensors? There are none marked on the drawings. A: It would not be prudent for the user to set this schedule, its layout scheme could be very different for the various products available on the market today. Q: All fixtures on the drawings are marked fluorescent. A number of the questions reference LED lighting. Which fixtures are fluorescent? Which are LED? A: All fixtures are currently florescent, but as ballast fail or funding permits we will be changing them out to LED. Q: Are all of the fixtures dimmable? Which dimming technology? A: None of the current fixtures are dimmable. Q: There are no daylight sensors listed on the drawings. They are required for required daylight harvesting. Please identify a number of sensors. A: It would not be prudent for the user to set this schedule, its layout scheme could be very different for the various products available on the market today. Q: Do you require a phase loss sensor at your installation? A: No phase loss sensor is required Q: What is the number of lamps per fixture? Are the 4' fluorescent tubes 32w T8 lamps. A: All of the hallway fixtures are 2 lamp and the room fixtures are 3 lamp units. All are 32W T8
