- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, disposal and permits necessary to procure and install the following at the Harwood Center located at 385 Niagara Street in Providence, RI 02907 for the VA Medical Center, Providence, RI, Project Number 689-12-011. 1) Pegasys Security and Pelco Endura Camera System 2) Provide and install Site Lighting 3) Provide and install Security Screens to all Windows 4) Provide and install two Motorized Sliding Gates The construction cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 and the size standard is $14.0 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will include price related factors as well as past performance. The solicitation package will be available on or about July 25, 2012. The date for receipt of offers is scheduled for August 24, 2012 @ 11:00 am. An organized site visit will be scheduled and further details provided in the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offerors to verify the number of amendments issued. This solicitation will be 100% set aside strictly for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. All SDVOSBs must be certified in Vet Biz as an SDVOSB. All offerors must ensure registration in CCR is current and accurate.
