- TIB-2012-RFP-0030-03 Amend 03 VendorQandA 5-Jul-2012 SF30 TIB-2012-RFP-0030-03 The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB or Board) intends to award a contract for Investment Management services for the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) F Fund. The scope of work involved in this effort includes receiving and investing monies representing TSP cash flows in a manner consistent with the specifications, terms, and conditions set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW), contract, and other attachments. Performance Period: - Base period is for 12 Months after time of award and four Option periods of 12 months each. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 523999 - Miscellaneous Financial Investment Activities All information required for submission of a proposal is identified in the attached solicitation. The Board anticipates award on or about 19 Nov 2012. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR can be accessed at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. Questions regarding this solicitation are due by 15 June, 2012, 3:00PM (ET). After that time no further questions will be answered. All responses to questions will be posted on Fedbizopps ( www.fbo.gov ). Proposals are due by 06 July, 2012, 3:00 PM (ET). CHANGED: Amendment 01 to this RFP changed the Proposal Due Date to 13 July, 2012, 3:00 PM (ET) in order to properly respond to all questions received regarding the RFP. The next amendment will be posted with questions, answers, and updated RFP documents. Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of all amendments by signing the attached SF-30's and submitting them with their proposal. Amendment 02 to this RFP is to post responses to industry questions and post updated documents resulting form the questions and answers. Only the documents attached in amendment 02 have been changed. All other documents hereby remain unchanged. Amendment 03 to the RFP is to add question #52 to the Question and Answer (Q&A) spreadsheet. The Board will conduct a full and open competition utilizing a "trade-off" (TO) source selection procedure to make an integrated assessment for a best value award decision.
