- Dynetics Technical Services, Inc. (DTS) is issuing a notice of intent to solicit from Direct Systems Support only or their authorized resellers for a NASA Emergency, Sole Source RFQ, without discussion or announced notice of award. Direct Systems Support continued 12 month hardware maintenance for the SAP Business Intelligence Cluster only, No Substitutions will be acceptable. The support is for IBM equipment located at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) AL. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested per the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and are located in the attached files which include Representations and Certifications, Dynetics Technical Services, Inc. (DTS) Terms and Conditions and also, attached is a Vendor Profile form to be completed if no contracts between vendor and DTS have been previously awarded. Interested parties have three (3) days including this publication date of the Synopsis/RFQ to submit their proposal to the undersigned at the Internet Address or fax number listed below. All uploaded attachments must be completed and are considered a part of the RFQ. It is the vendors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of solicitation amendments (if any). Responses received without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the Synopsis/RFQ. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this Synopsis/RFQ. This solicitation is 508 exempt.
