- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) - Arizona is soliciting quotes for janitorial/ trash removal services in six (6) recreation sites near Safford, Arizona. These BLM recreation areas are located in Cochise County, Arizona. This requirement is for a 12-month base year with four 12-month option years. Revirew solicitation for information regarded all required documentation to be submitted. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 562111. The small business standard is $12.5 million. This procurement will be awarded using the FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items. This is 100% set-aside for small business. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small business concerns. Prospective contractors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). More information and the registration process can be obtained via the CCR website, http://www.ccr.gov. Request for quote (RFQ): Please provide a quote for each of the line items listed on the Solicitation SF 1449, complete Past Performance Questionnaire, and attached value schedule. A firm fixed price contract award is anticipated with a base period of 1 year (12 months) with four 12-month option years.
