- Address: Statement of Work:, Statement of Work - to unload all equipment, machinery,tools, etc from storage area in Phoenix and to deliver/transport to FCI Phoenix, AZ, Scope of Work:, Services are anticipated to be performed during July 2012., Company is required to provide Bill Of Lading & all proper transport documents., Department of Labor prevailing wage rates that apply for these loactions is included with this solicitation package., Provide machinery rigging crew, rigging equipment and equipment transportation for a complete turn-key operation in unpacking and unloading special machining equipment from storage facility with truck transportation to warehouse of FCI Phoenix, AZ and unloading and packing same special machining equipment., FCI Phoenix, Federal Prison Industries requires a rigging crew and rigging equipment that meets all safety requirements and regulations based on equipment listed below for the installation of equipment inside and outside the fenced FCI Phoenix facility. All delivered equipment will be placed inside the Unicor Warehouse Factory per UNICOR Staff direction., The Rigging crew must pass the prisons NCIC back-ground check before start of work. The rigging crew start time will be 6:00 am in the morning for the movement into the secured facility, and conclude at 1:30 pm. Rigging company will pre-inspect the location as to provide one day off load into the marked area of the Unicor factory injection molding area. Rigging company will pay associated cost due to the rescheduling changes on their part. Due to inclement weather for safe equipment operations, a 48 hour notice from customer (Unicor) of set delivery date and time, a schedule change of 24 hours before or 24 hour after can be arranged for operations to continue., Phoenix, Arizona, 85086, United States
