- ***Thie amendment is being issued to update the PWS. Instructions to Offerors, Terms and Conditions, and Evaluation addendums in the solicitation. The closing date has been extended to July 30, 2012*** Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repair on Government Owned Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as required for the following commissaries: Selfridge. MHE consists of: battery chargers, Electric Pallet Jacks, Electric/Gas/Propane Forklifts, Reach and Tiers, and Order Picker/Stock Selectors. The Period of Performance is one year from date of award (base period) with two one-year option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items for PM and Time and Materials (T&M) line items for unscheduled repairs. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about June 22, 2012 with a tentative closing date of July 23, 2012. The anticipated award date is August 1, 2012. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $7 million. Vendors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA), to include listing NAICS 811310 in both databases. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
