- SF-1449 SCOPE OF WORK CPAC Systems Furniture Re-Work 　 Work to be completed at: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 180 th 5 th St. East Saint Paul, MN, 55101 　 Description of work: Contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to complete the systems furniture re-work per the enclosed sketch, using Haworth Compose modular style furniture to match existing cubicles within Corps of Engineer space-6 th floor. Contractor shall dismantle existing furniture layout to include wall panels, countertops, lateral files, chairs, interior components & accessories, etc. and re-use existing components to the maximum extent possible. Where existing components will not suffice, the Contractor shall provide new items of equal finish for the remaining materials required to complete the project. In addition to the modular furniture components the Contractor shall provide and install (6) new Haworth X99 Seminar chairs and (2) new Haworth Zody task chairs. All existing furniture components that are not used shall be removed and stored in the COE leased basement warehouse space. Contractor shall provide necessary provisions to disconnect and re-connect the 120V power supplies as well as data runs to new furniture layout in-line receptacles and data jacks. Contractor shall also provide temporary storage totes for files, personal belongings, etc for the Governments use during the project. Totes shall be of adequate size to accommodate all items or equal to the cubic feet of storage space affected during the project.
