Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification to contract W58RGZ-12-C-0008 on an other than full and open competition to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) 6900 Main St. Stratford, CT 06614. The anticipated work is for SAC to perform the recurring effort required to successfully integrate the NVD Friendly White RAST/ALFS Light, NVD Compatible RAST Control Panel, and Dual Mode Controllable Searchlight into MH-60R production aircraft (ECP 4322). Effectivity: 19 Navy MH-60R Production Quantity - Lot 12 SLIN 3003AA FY14 8 FMS RAN MH-60R Green Production Quantity SLIN 3006AA 31 Navy MH-60R Production Quantity - Lot 13 SLIN 4003AA FY15 38 Navy MH-60R Production Quantity - Lot 14 5003AA FY16 This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements. SAC is the only known source with the knowledge, experience, expertise, and proprietary technical data required to successfully perform these tasks.
