- THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) intends to issue an RFQ to existing WFLHD Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders for Geotechnical Drilling Services for Crater Lake Rim Drive, Klamath County Oregon Western Federal Lands Highway Division previously sought qualified suppliers on DTFH70-12-Q-00006, for Geotechnical Drilling and support services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items and in conjunction with FAR 13.303, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, BPA. This notice is for INFORMATION ONLY: Contractors should not respond.
