- Work category : SOA CATEGORY AND CLASSIFICATION: OS30 -I The project consists in the replacement of the electrical and communication systems in an office building, false ceiling replacement is included. The solicitation will be issued on: 02 August 2012 SITE VISIT : The site visit will be held on 06 August 2012 AT 09:30 HRS. MEETING POINT FOR THE SITE VISIST: Gate 27, Depot Area Camp Darby. Only the persons which have provided the personal data will be allowed to perform the site visit. The US Government Personnel will check the identification card at the entrance of Camp Darby Gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance of the Base. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting a written request not later than 24 July 2012 to the following e-mail address: cristina.pancaccini.ln.asc@mail.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the project number and the following information about the person will be present at the site visit: First name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Type of Document and Number of Document. This information will be submitted to the competent authority in order to obtain the authorization to enter the base. We inform you that our computer does not provide prrof of your mail receipt.
