Description

This is the list of items that require the Preventive Maintenance services. Description/ Specifications/Work Statement Background: The Department of Health and Human Services requires commercial one-time Preventative Maintenance, Calibration, and Testing and Repair (as required by the individual item) services for the equipment specified in the attached list. All maintenance and repair must comply with any/all specifications required by the manufacturer. HHS is requesting information on available sources that can provide the Preventive Maintenance service on the bio-medical equipment listed in the attached spreadsheet. While a GSA vendor is desired, vendors outside of GSA are also encouraged to reply. Please also indicate, if applicable, any small business or small disadvantaged business category status as well. Respondents are requested to only offer a response if they are able to offer the maintenance for all equipment listed on the attached document. Please send information, by email, to the primary POC listed in this posting.
