Description
Q1. Are there incumbent contractors for any part of this work? A1. Yes. Dell Federal Services Q2. If so, who are they, what are the contract numbers, contract durations, and contract values? A2. Dell Federal Services, Contract number W91WAW-10-F-0033, Period of Performance (2 June 2010 - 2 September 2012.to dates). Total contract value is $ 929,948.05. Q3. What are the labor categories and current levels of effort by LCAT for the current effort? A3. The labor categories and level of effort of the current contractor are independent of this solicitation. Q4. What are the anticipated contract award and start dates? A4. Anticipated date of award is August 2 as stated in section 1.5 of the PWS. Q5. The answers to contractor-submitted questions will affect our project approach, and thus the past performance references we submit in support of our proposal. Will the Government extend the deadline for returned past performance questionnaires to one week after the questions are answered? A5. Reference Amendment 02 posted on FedBizOps, DAMIS solicitation W91WAW-12-R-0057. Q6. For the solicitation cited above, will the government release details on the current Level of Effort or how the program is currently staffed. A6. The labor categories and level of effort of the current contractor are independent of this solicitation. Q7. Additional Questions Regarding PWS Paragraph "1.12.1.4 The Government considers the requirement for SECRET security clearance a definitive responsibility matter. Offerors must submit proof of these credentials. This proof shall be made available to the Government with the contractor's proposal by the deadline for receipt of proposals. Failure to submit that information will be deemed a material nonconformity and result in your non-selection or offer rejection." a.Does this paragraph refer to the Company's Facilities Clearance, the clearance of the proposed staff, or both? For either company or individual's clearance, is a signed letter from the Company's FSO sufficient? If not, what should be used? A7. Offerors shall provide proof of a "SECRET" clearance for all employees proposed to perform on this requirement. The offeror shall submit the employee resume with the level of clearance and letter of commitment (see DAMIS solicitation, volume 1 -technical). Prior to contract award the offeror must obtain and submit a DD254 to verify level of clearance.
