- Industry Day flyer ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INDUSTRY DAY FOR A NEW FEDERAL OFFICE BUILDING (FOB), MIRAMAR, FLORIDA GSA, in conjunction with the prime contractor, Hensel Phelps, will sponsor an Industry Day in support of the contract-GS-04P-11-BV-C-0027 for the New Federal Office Building in Miramar, Florida. The purpose of this Industry Day is to facilitate opportunities for small business entities to market themselves and present their credentials to the prime contractor, as well as assist them in the achievement of their mandated requirements, under Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.704, to meet separate percentage goals for using small business entities. Note that GSA acts a facilitator for this event therefore all interest should be directed to the prime contractor, Hensel Phelps..
