- SOLICITATION (REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL) This is the solicitation notice (Request for Proposal) for UPS/UPS BATTERY BACK-UP/PDU, Solicitation Number FA8604-12-R-7004. NAICS code 811219 applies. This is a single-award IDIQ contract to be awarded as a 100% small business set-aside. Foreign sources are excluded from this procurement. Security requirements are listed in the RFP. Parts in support of this contract must be TAA compliant and "new." Parts must be certified by manufacturers if applicable. Please reference Section L, "Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors," and SF-33 for proposal response dates and times. Any questions regarding this requirement must be submitted no later than 8 Aug 12 12PM eastern standard time.
