Description

SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042 is seeking to obtain sources for an upgrade on an existing pharmacy dispensing machine. The upgrade must be compatible with the ATP 320 Dispensing Machine. Estimated delivery time is 30 days ARO. This is not a request for competitive quotes. It is a notice to obtain possible sources that have the capacity & capability of providing the services as described in this notice. Information regarding your firm's capacity and capability to provide such services are to be submitted electronically on or before Monday, July 16 prior to 4:00 pm (EST) addressed to Stephen Soffer, Contracting Specialist (Contractor): Stephen.soffer@va.gov. Phone: 717-272-6621 x5798. Please also state whether these items are under a current GSA or FSS schedule. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541490 and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million.
