Description
REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA), Pendleton County, West Virginia, is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 2,898 - 3,187 Rentable Square Feet of Class A office space together with 20 on-site paved parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: The area considered must be within an area bounded on the North by: Franklin Town Limits; on the East by: 4 miles from Franklin Town Limits on Rt. 33; on the South by: 4 miles from Franklin Town Limits on Rt. 220; and on the West by: 4 miles Franklin Town Limits on Rt. 33. TERM: The term of the lease will be 10 years. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy by December 23, 2012. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. Please provide: 1. Building name and address or site location and address. 2. Location of space within building. 3. Rentable square feet offered and full service rental rate per square foot. 4. ANSI/BOMA usable square feet and common area factor. 5. Amount of on-site, paved parking spaces. 6. Contact information of ownership or authorized agent. WRITTEN NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF SPACE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 5:00 PM ON JULY 23, 2012. Address all replies to "Elena F.
