Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Syracuse, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about July 18, 2012 to renovate the existing bathroom and changing area of Room A309 into a handicapped and privacy friendly setting in the VA Medical Center Campus, Syracuse, N.Y. per the Contract Specifications, Project No. 528A7-12-713. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to complete this requirement in accordance with the scope of work, drawings, and specifications which will be attached to the solicitation. Work shall be performed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications and other standards and regulations as detailed or specified. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $33.5M. The cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. Information regarding the scheduled site visit will be stated in the Solicitation.
