- SYMMETRICOM Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - F1S0AE2157B003 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Supplements, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58 and DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 20120629. NAICS is 334519 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing a Symmetricom: Multi-code Time Server Xli IEEE-1588 Grandmaster PTPv2, P/N 1510-713, which includes the following Specifications: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO: Symmetricom 1. Quantity of One (1) Each, Multi-code Time Server Xli IEEE-1588 Grandmaster PTPv2, P/N 1510-713 2. Quantity of One (1) Each, High Stability 10 MHz OCXO, P/N 87-399-19 3. Quantity of One (1) Each, Multicode 4 AM outputs, P/N 87-6002-XL1 4. Quantity of One (1) Each, GPS L1 Inline Antenna Amplifier, P/N 150-200 5. Quantity of One (1) Each, 300 Foot (90M) Extended Cable, P/N 340-300-5 MINIMUM SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Multi-Code Time Server P/N 1510-713 • Provides Remote Host connection via RS-232 and Ethernet • Complies with IEEE 1588-2008 • Minimum of two (2) IEEE 1588 10/100 BaseT ports • Provides IRIG-200 Code A, B, E, G, H signals, amplitude modulated and TTL • In-line amplifier enables antenna position maximum of three hundred (300) feet • Receiver antenna input at 1575.42 MHz • Supplied with antenna • Time signal acquisition under 20 min. • Includes high stability 10 MHz OCXO • Clock accuracy to 5ns • Time display • Operates from universal 100-240 VAC 50-400 Hz power • The system shall be rack mountable with maximum form factor of 1U Delivery: 6 WARO Place of delivery, performance, and acceptance is FOB Destination, Edwards AFB, CA 93524.
