Description

This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This is an annual synopsis of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-11-G-GR94. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division entered into a BOA with Teledyne MEC, a division of Teledyne Wireless, LLC, 11361 Sunrise Park Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742-6532 with a ceiling amount of $11,278,000.00. The BOA covers a five-year period for major repair/upgrade of 10kW TWTs; GFE accountability, support and repair; 13kW TWT Manufacture, evaluation and repair; engineering and technical support services; and, product improvement program for 10KW TWT (PIP III). Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will continue to be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a one-year period. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered by this agency.
