- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155712RC064CO, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2. The NAICS code is 33319 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001 (QTY 1) Commercial Griddle - Electric Specifications - 48" width - 4 burners - Steel cooking surface - Phase: Single - Style: Thermostatic Controls - Voltage: 240V CLIN 0002 (QTY 1) Griddle Stand - 48" Wide for Electric Griddle Specifications - Stand for griddle in CLIN 0001 - Stainless steel tops with a galvanized shelf below - Includes caster set - Leg stand CLIN 0003 (QTY 2) Tilting Skillet, Electric, 40 Gallon Operation, 48" Wide Specifications - Electric tilting skillet - 40 gallon capacity - Voltage: 240V, Phase: Single - MUST be able to tilt forward to allow for drainage of liquids/items - Manual or Automatic tilting capability acceptable CLIN 0004 (QTY 2) Gas Convection Oven, Double Stack - Standard Depth Specifications - GAS: NATURAL - 44,000 BTU per oven - +150 degree F to +500 degree F temperature range (solid state control) - At least 11 rack positions per oven - At least 5 oven racks per oven - Oven interior size approximately 29"W X 22"D X 20"H - MUST have a timer, either digital or clock CLIN 0005 (QTY 1) Convection Steamer 125,000 BTU Gas Specifications - GAS: NATURAL - Two compartments - Heavy duty stainless steel construction - Size approximately 24"W X 33"D X 65"H - At least able to hold five 12"W X 20"D X 2.5"H pans per compartment - MUST have a timer, either digital or clock CLIN 0006 (QTY 1) Countertop Tilting Steam Kettle, 12 Gallons Specifications - GAS: NATURAL - 12 Gallon capacity - 2/3 steam-jacketed tilting kettle - Stainless steel - Solid state temperature control - Vacuum pressure gauge - Pressure relief valve - Low water indicator and low water shut-off CLIN 0007 (QTY 1) Countertop Tilting Steam Kettle, 6 Gallons Specifications - GAS: NATURAL - 6 Gallon capacity - 2/3 steam-jacketed tilting kettle - Stainless steel - Solid state temperature control - Vacuum pressure gauge - Pressure relief valve - Low water indicator and low water shut-off Quotes should include material description, catalog cuts or other photos for technical acceptance. Quotes should include proposed delivery schedule to Tracy Depot Consolidation Center, Tracy California 95304. Product performance location is Andersen Air Force Base Guam. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. The following information is provided in response to vendor inquiries: Q1: Would Item numbers CLIN0004 & CLIN0005 be using Natural Gas instead of LP gas? A1: Natural Q2: Are the steam kettles (CLIN 0006 and CLIN 0007) electric or gas? Depending on which it is, what is the the voltage and/or gas type? A2: CLIN 0006 and 0007 are gas and the gas type is Natural. Q3: Can you by chance advise if the items listed will be awarded by line item or as a whole to one Vendor? A3: As stated in the solicitation: The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. Q4: Can you advise if installation of the equipment will be needed for this project? A4: Installation is nt required. RFQ response due date remains at 16 July 2012, 10:00am EST.
