- This synopsis is not a request for quotes. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in the near future detailing requirements for the purchase of Square D motor control center parts, including breaker, breaker bucket, shunt trip mechanism, operating mechanism, control stations, and LED pilot lights, for a Square D Model 6 Motor Control Center at Dworshak Dam & Reservoir (Dworshak Project), Ahsahka, Idaho. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fbo.gov) when released. This is scheduled to be issued as a Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR parts 12, 13 and 15. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only. The solicitation response date will be noted in the solicitation document. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued as a 100 percent Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 335999 / size standard: 500 employees. Conducting Business with the Government In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All offerors must be CCR registered prior to receiving an award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.ccr.gov. Additional information may be obtained in the Solicitation, section "Instructions to Offerors".
