- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to award a short term lease extension using other than full and open competition, at Lincoln Plaza, 500 North Akard, Dallas, Texas. The lease will be for 44,824 rentable square feet of fully serviced space for a two-year term. The Government has a continuing need for the space. It has been determined that a succeeding lease will result in less cost to the Federal Government when the economics of moving, telecommunications, security, and duplication of tenant improvements are taken into consideration as an economic factor. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Government's intention to award this project under Other Than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Deborah Van Buskirk at Debbie.vanbuskirk@occ.treas.gov or to her attention at The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Real Estate Services, 250 E Street, SW, Mail Stop NW 3-4, Washington, DC 20219.
