- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-12-T-0095 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 15 July 2012 In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.202(12). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System coder is 423440, and the business size standard is NTE 5.5 million. This procurement constitutes Item 0001 - 0012. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows: Item 0001: Dishwasher, Conveyor Type Item 0002: Booster Heater, Steam Item 0003: Dishwasher, Flight Type Item 0004: Disposer Item 0005: Installation of CLINs 0001-0004 Item 0006: Accumulator/Tray Conveyor System Item 0007: Installation for Item 0006 Item 0008: Pump Fill Station Item 0009: Cook Tank Item 0010: Installation of CLINs 0008 and 0009 Item 0011: Meat Dicer with meat holding bin Item 0012: Installation of CLIN 0011 The Government intends to make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering technical acceptability and price. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. Solicitation will be available on or after 15 July 2012. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following websites https://www.neco.ney.mil and or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-12-T-0095. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CP S.D. BUTLLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000. Offers must be received no later than 16:00, Japanese Standard Time of solicitation closing date.
