- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified Small Business Administration (SBA) certified: 8(a), HubZone and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 454310 (Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Bottled Gas) Dealers). The United States Military Academy (USMA) is looking for a contractor to deliver propane in bulk to numerous buildings located on U.S. Military Academy grounds and surrounding installation facilities for a period of one (1) base year plus one (1) option year. The applicable NAICS Code is 454310. The successful Contractor shall be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database. This is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. Interested sources are requested to submit an email delineating qualification, capabilities, and experience for providing these services. Sources must sufficiently demonstrate the capability to perform these services and must provide detailed experience and qualifications in all previous work pertinent to this effort. Please include your business size with your submittal. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 454310. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to Patti.Fay-Crosbie@usma.edu. The information requested must be received no later than 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time on July 23, 2012.
